Hold Out Brewing was built on a simple idea: great beer brings people together. Every batch is brewed with intention — from their award-winning Thick as Thieves hazy IPA to crisp, clean lagers that taste like Texas sunshine.
The sprawling outdoor garden offers plenty of shade under old trees, a stage for local music, and a legendary smash burger that Austinites drive across town for. Simple, honest, and consistently excellent — this is craft beer the way it was meant to be.
